When our project consultants come down to your home, they are single-mindedly focused on discovering what you truly want and need. And that starts with asking the right questions.

We ask open-ended questions and pointed questions. We ask general questions and more technical questions. And most importantly, we make sure to cover EVERY aspect of your remodel.

Here are some examples of kitchen remodeling questions we ask:

1. Why do you want to remodel your kitchen?
2. How often do you or your family use the kitchen?
3. What do you like about your existing kitchen?
4. Do you like to cook?
5. Do you want to relocate windows?

7. I want to make sure that I include everything in our proposal. Would you like to add anything?

All our project consultants have scripts with 30 to 50 questions, depending on what part of your home you’d like to remodel. By covering ALL of our bases, we eliminate all guesswork, ambiguity, and potential for miscommunication.

Project updates are NOT state secrets. That’s why we make it a priority to update you on your remodeling project EVERY week. On top of that, we use BuilderTrend to merge all the information about your project.

If you ever want an update on your project, there are a few ways to do that:

• You can check the BuilderTrend portal (accessible through our website). On BuilderTrend, you’ll be able to see the daily logs from your project manager and all other information related to your project.
• You can call us. We answer the phone!
• You can wait for our weekly meeting. Every week, you’ll receive a DETAILED project update – from every team member.

Our goal? You should NEVER be waiting on us for an update – we beat you to it.

Part of communication is body language. Our company shirts and cars, clean-cut appearance, rapid response times, and respectful demeanor speak for themselves.

We’re not only clean-cut in appearance – we’re also obsessed with leaving your home clean. Our workers clean up after themselves EVERY DAY. Every project has a special cleaning kit with all the necessary tools and supplies for proper floor protection and equipment to section off the work zone from the rest of your home.
