5 Step Whole House Remodeling Process

1. Welcome Aboard…

At our first visit to your home, our project consultant discusses your goals and vision for your home. They’ll also present you with the design agreement, which illustrates our design process.

2. Design Phase

Our design team collaborates with the engineer and architect to develop a design that checks all your boxes – budget, product preferences, and overall look and feel.

3. Final Approval

Our project consultant presents you with the final blueprint and the total cost of your whole house remodeling project. Once we have your approval, we can begin ordering your products and materials.

4. Ready, set, go!

As soon as your products are ready, our master installers can begin executing the design. Our project managers oversee every phase of construction to ensure that everything goes exactly according to plan.

5. NO Punch List

We don’t consider your remodeling project fully done until everything is completed to perfection and is exactly how you like it. Our project manager will conduct a final walk-through of your home together with you to ensure that there is NOTHING left to be done.

When we work on remodeling your home, we start from scratch. We completely gut the existing interior, while leaving the exterior of your home intact. We strip everything down to the studs and install new electrical wiring, insulation, plumbing, and HVAC.
