Contract For SUCCESS
Our communication with you is genuine, detailed, and straightforward – starting with our contract. We put a lot of painstaking effort into our contract so that it’s as comprehensive as possible. We don’t want anything to be open to interpretation.
Our contract includes the following items:
- A complete list of your product selections with their corresponding prices
- A detailed outline of the scope of work we’ll be performing
- A comprehensive, easy-to-understand overview of our 3-year labor warranty
- A timeline of your project
- An overview of the payment process
- Design terms and conditions
- Our warranty service call procedure
5 Steps To Your New Bathroom
Phase 1: The Fun Begins
Our project consultant will meet with you in your home for approximately one to two hours. This is when we’ll ask you 30 to 40 discovery questions to gather information about your project, your product preferences, your goals for your bathroom, and your preferred bathroom layout. We’ll also review the final scope of work involved in your project and go over the budget for your project.
Phase 2: Creatives At Work
In order for your project to be successful, we need to allocate time for our design team to build your design from the bottom up. Our design process is kicked off during our first meeting at your home.
At their first design visit with you, our designers will discuss the following:
- Measurements
- Project discovery questions
- Project layout
- Design options
- Product selections, colors, and styles
During this phase, our designers will harness their knowledge and experience to brainstorm design ideas. They’ll begin to develop the floor plan of your bathroom. They’ll also create a spreadsheet with your product selections based on what your budget allows.
Phase 3: 3D Visualization
The design team will meet with you in our showroom to discuss your product selections and design plan. Our designers will utilize 3D technology to enable you to envision your new bathroom. During this phase, we’ll review each of your product selections and make any necessary adjustments.

Phase 4: Final Approval
During this phase, our design team will compile all your finalized product selections and their corresponding prices in spreadsheet format. The team will email you the spreadsheet and request that you review all the costs and submit your approval or requested changes.
Phase 5: Sign-Off
Once we receive your final product selections, our design team will make all necessary corrections to the plans, and we’ll present you with the final 3D rendering. When we receive your final approval and signature, you can order all your chosen products. We’ll follow up on the status of your products to ensure that your project starts on time.
At this point, the project is transferred to our management and production team. They’ll schedule a walk-through of your home and set the start date for construction.
