“We hired 4Ever Remodeling to remodel our 1500-square-foot home and to finish approximately 800 square feet of basement space. After considering buying a new house, we completed a remodel of our old house because we couldn’t afford to buy new property due to very high market prices. We spoke with numerous remodeling companies, but 4Ever Remodeling was the one that offered us help with construction loans for our project, and they have a dedicated rep at one of the banks that helped us get the loan. In addition to that, 4Ever Remodeling has a full design team and architect that handles 3D rendering, selections, and architecture plans. The first step was to get the design for our project, and we paid the initial fee for interior design and architectural work out of pocket. As we knew what we wanted, the design process went fairly smoothly, and within three months, we had all the plans ready for the estimate and construction permit process. After going back and forth with the office team and estimator, we got the price of around $330K, including materials and work. With the full sets of planes and the price, we could close on the construction loan quickly, and the construction process began. They applied for the construction permit, which took additional time before we could start the project. But that was helpful because we had to buy all the selected products. Once the project began, many different 4Ever Remodeling team members came to work on the demo, framing, plumbing, furnace, drywall, flooring, painting, etc. The project manager contacted us for any questions and provided weekly updates. Overall, the project took six months and went smoothly with our limited involvement in the whole construction as we had a dedicated project manager for communication. They also used management software for reporting and coordinating the project. We did not stay in the house during the construction, and we could see the work or progress through that software. We knew this was an old house, and we had some issues discovering items that had to be fixed and were hard to predict before the demolition. However, the whole experience with 4Ever Remodeling was positive, and we like the design, management, and communication crew doing quality work and final touches. We would use them again for the same and other projects. They are a very organized and well-run company. The one piece of advice I would give to everyone doing a whole house remodel, or I believe any remodeling project, is to account for additional funds for unforeseen items.”

“4Ever Remodeling did an extensive renovation for our friends in 2016. After a back-and-forth, our family decided to stay longer in our current home and do some renovation to improve our house and the quality of our life. As we knew this company and we’d seen the project they completed for our friends, we invited them to our home for a consultation to explore possible design options, our budget, and the timeframe of our project. We didn’t get any other estimates because the contractor we invited to our home to discuss the project never provided prices. The project discussion was simple as we informed 4Ever Remodeling that we have a budget for the remodeling and are planning to do it if we meet the budget together. If it is way above our budget, we will not do anything. We received the original proposal that was a little bit higher than we expected, and after some adjustments, we agreed. After we provided the initial deposit, the 4Ever Remodeling interior design team started the design process with the 3-D rendering. This process took approximately 6 to 7 weeks, and at the same time, we were waiting for the permit to be released. The starting date was approximately ten weeks from the day we signed the contract. When the project began, the 4Ever Remodeling project manager and project foreman delivered all the materials and dumpsters for the trash and scheduled all the crews, such as the electrician, plumber, flooring, drywall guys, and carpenters. From start to finish, the whole project took approximately four months, plus we were waiting two additional weeks for inspectors to come and approve every facet of the process. During the construction, we were informed about the progress, what was happening next, and how the situation looked. Everyone arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves daily, and kept the project organized. After the project was completed, our dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway looked very nice, and now our family enjoys them. We received high-quality remodeling and a very good experience, as expected from the beginning.”
