At 4Ever Remodeling, we do things quite a bit differently.
For our full-time employees, we require a complete background check. We also conduct multiple rounds of interviews to ensure they are the right fit for our company before we bring them on board.
We want to know who they are as a person, not just how well they swing a hammer.
Work experience and skill within their craft are critically important. However, a crucial component is how well they treat homeowners and their homes. We hire only respectful craftsmen who understand customer service is also part of the job.
That goes for our subcontractors as well.

Securing The Work Area
Who wants to spend days cleaning up dust and debris around their home after a remodel when they should be enjoying it instead?
At 4Ever Remodeling, we make the extra effort to leave your home at least as clean as we found it. Often, it’s even cleaner when we leave.
We use a zip-wall system to combat dust and debris spreading throughout your home while we’re working. This is very effective and, combined with our other efforts, it really helps keep your house clean even during our messiest tear-downs
Some of those other efforts include putting down plastic tarps on walkways and other areas we move through within your home.
And we also use heavy cardboard as another protective measure. All these steps are taken to keep your home as clean and undisturbed as possible and your project experience a pleasant one
Work Area Safety
With most whole house remodels, clients tend to move out for the duration of the construction.
However, clients usually don’t if it’s a room addition or kitchen remodel.
We look to be as accommodating as possible.
For example, during a bathroom remodel, we’ll ensure your other bathrooms are available and accessible. We also understand you still want access to your fridge during a kitchen remodel.
We do want to keep everyone out of the work zones if they are not accompanied while in the area. We do that because there can be hazards and unsafe spaces that can be hard to spot, and everyone’s safety is a priority.
Ongoing Communication
Last (but certainly not least) we emphasize consistent and clear communication. We keep you informed and up-to-date throughout your project.
We also use software like Buildertrend to enhance our exceptional communication with clients.
